A form of natural healing that uses the "Universal LifeForce Energy". It is a healing system where the practitioner places her hands above or upon the recipient with the intent to heal. During the session the practitioner places her hands on energy centres on or above the body using specific hand positions. Each session is about an hour in length, done on a massage table, with the client fully clothed. It is a great way to reduce stress, relieve pain, and renew energy in the body.

This relaxing massage is a full body massage performed on a comfortable mat on the floor with gentle soothing music in the background. It is a healing system that uses both Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine, Acupuncture, and Reflexology. During the session the recipient is slowly and gently rocked, twisted and massaged into various yoga poses and stretches. You will leave feeeling deeply relaxed, nourished and full of energy.
