

A gentle hatha yoga class that incorporates some solid alignment principles, with a vinyasa flow style that assists in creating some heat in the body, allowing it to open and release tension while being very conscious of the breath. These classes are for all levels and are tailored to the needs and capabilities of the students.

The use of storytelling, music and animation of the poses, encourages the children to participate.
